Confidentiality
We work quietly on purpose. What we build for you does not become a case study, a portfolio piece, or a conversation with another contractor.
The report we write for you does not become a case study, a sample, a blog post, or a slide in a pitch to another contractor. We do not publish excerpts, charts, or findings from it. There is no opt-out to sign because there is nothing to opt out of. The default is silence.
We do not list clients, display logos, or say who we work with. If someone asks whether we work with you, the answer is that we do not discuss who we work with. That answer is the same whether we do or we do not.
What we learn working your market on your budget stays with your engagement. The specific findings, the segment sizing, the competitive read, and the strategy we built for you are not carried into the next contractor's report, and we do not resell your engagement as a product to the industry.
We retain the methods, models, and general know-how we use to do this work, and we get better at it with every engagement. That is different from your data and your findings, which stay yours. We will never use your confidential information, your numbers, or your strategy to benefit another client.
We are direct about this because you would find out anyway. We work with trenchless contractors across the country, and some of them will be in markets near yours. What we will not do is share anything between them. If you want to know whether we are already engaged in a market before you commission work there, ask and we will tell you whether it is available.
The report is delivered to you through a secure link that expires, and you own it on payment in full. Use it with your lender, your investors, your insurer, or your board without asking us. You never have to come back to us for permission to use what you paid for.
