01 What we collect
The Lautus Group, LLC, doing business as Felt & Resin, is the controller of your information. Information you give us through forms and sign-in: company name, contact name, email, phone, service area, and the plan you selected. Account information when you sign in with an email link. Information needed to run your campaigns, such as your website, business phone, advertising account identifiers, and content you supply. Payment details are collected by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Basic usage data such as pages visited and device type, collected through our hosting and analytics providers.
02 How we use it
To respond to enquiries, set up and run your plan, report results, bill you, and improve the site. We do not sell your information.
03 Who we share it with
Service providers that help us operate: Stripe for payments, Supabase for our database and sign-in, Lovable and Cloudflare for hosting, Google and Meta for advertising when you are a client, and email providers for transactional messages. Each is bound to use your information only to provide its service to us. We share information when the law requires it.
04 Retention
Enquiry information is kept for up to twenty-four months after last contact. Client records are kept for the life of the relationship and for seven years after for tax and accounting purposes. You may ask us to delete your information sooner where the law allows.
05 Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing hello@feltandresin.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. Transactional email about your account continues while you are a client.
06 Cookies
The site uses cookies necessary for sign-in and, if analytics are enabled, a first-party analytics cookie. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
07 Children
The site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under eighteen.
08 Changes
We will post updates here with a new effective date.
