Vectis Ventures, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Felt & Resin ("Felt & Resin", "we", "us", "our"), is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. This policy applies to feltandresin.com and to our email and phone communications.

It does not apply to CAST, which is a separate product with its own CAST Privacy Policy at cast.feltandresin.com. It also does not apply to work we perform for a client under that client's own privacy policy.

Information You Provide to Us. When you submit our enquiry form or contact us, you give us your company name, your name, email address, phone number, service area, and anything you write in a message. We also keep the content of the emails, voicemails, and texts you send us.

Information Collected Automatically. When you visit our website, we and our providers collect your IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and operating system, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and interactions with the site such as links clicked and scrolling. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described in Section 4.

Information from Third Parties. Call metadata and, where permitted, call recordings from our call tracking provider, and advertising performance data from our advertising partners about our own campaigns.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as government identifiers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or health, financial account, or racial, religious, or sexual orientation information, and we ask that you not send it to us.

We use cookies, local storage, pixels, and tags on our website. They fall into four categories.

Strictly Necessary. Required for the site to work, including security, load balancing, and remembering your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off.

Analytics. Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Providers: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.

Advertising. Allow us and our advertising partners to show you relevant advertising on other sites and to measure whether our advertising worked. Providers may include Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and Microsoft Advertising.

Functional. Remember choices you make on the site so you do not have to make them again.

Analytics and advertising cookies are enabled by default for visitors outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, where privacy law permits this and gives you the right to opt out rather than requiring permission in advance. You can turn them off at any time from the Cookie Jar link in the footer, and your choice is saved and honored on every later visit. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked for permission before any analytics or advertising cookie loads, and nothing loads until a choice is made. We honor Global Privacy Control signals everywhere as an opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, regardless of any other setting.

We keep a record of your choice, including the date and the setting you selected, so we can honor it.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC, to collect and analyze usage data. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how visitors use our site, including IP address, which Google truncates or anonymizes in accordance with its settings, device information, and pages visited. Google may use this data as described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Microsoft Clarity. We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first and third party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. Google Ads. We use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to our site and to measure conversions. You can adjust these settings at adssettings.google.com or opt out of third party cookies through the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.

Meta. We may use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure the results of advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to build audiences for our advertising. You can manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

LinkedIn. We may use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, provided by LinkedIn Corporation, to measure advertising and retarget visitors. You can opt out at linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls.

These partners may combine the information they collect on our site with information collected elsewhere. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

Calls to 844-838-FELT are routed through a call tracking provider that records the caller's number, the time and length of the call, and the marketing source of the call. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Where recording is enabled, you will hear a notice at the start of the call, and by continuing you consent to the recording. If you do not consent, tell us and we will stop the recording or you can reach us by email instead.

If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we will send messages about your enquiry or engagement. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and mobile opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with any third party. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Information a client shares with us for an engagement is handled under our Confidentiality Policy and the terms of that engagement. We use it only for that engagement, and we never share it with another client.

We share personal information with service providers that process it on our behalf and under contracts that restrict their use of it to providing services to us. Current providers include: our web hosting provider (website hosting and the enquiry form); Cloudflare (domain, DNS, and network security); Google Workspace (email and documents); our transactional email provider (enquiry notifications); our call tracking provider (call routing, voicemail, and call recording); our advertising and analytics partners as described in Section 5; and professional advisers such as accountants and attorneys.

We also disclose personal information when required by law, subpoena, or court order; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Felt & Resin, our clients, or others; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case the recipient will be bound by this policy.

We do not sell personal information. Because analytics and advertising cookies allow partners to collect data for cross-context behavioral advertising, that activity may be treated as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state laws. You can opt out through the Cookie Jar link in the footer or with Global Privacy Control, as explained in Section 11.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: confirm whether we process your personal information and access it; correct inaccurate information; delete information we hold about you; obtain a portable copy of information you provided; opt out of the sale of personal information, the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, and profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects; and limit our use of sensitive personal information. You may also appeal a decision we make about your request.

How to Exercise Your Rights. Email support@feltandresin.com with the subject line "Privacy Request", or call 844-838-FELT (3358). Tell us which right you are exercising and the email address or phone number you used with us so we can locate your information. We will confirm receipt within ten business days and respond within forty-five days, and we will tell you if we need more time. We may ask you to verify your identity by confirming information we already hold. If we deny a request, we will explain why and how to appeal; appeals go to the same contact with the subject line "Privacy Appeal", and we will respond within forty-five days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.

Opting Out of Sharing and Targeted Advertising. Use the Cookie Jar link in the footer to open your choices and check "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information", or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out request for the browser or device that sends it. You may also use the provider tools listed in Section 5.

Authorized Agents. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will ask for proof of the agent's authority and may still verify your identity directly.

Non-Discrimination. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.

Marketing Communications. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email support@feltandresin.com to opt out. We will continue to send transactional messages about an active enquiry or engagement.

We will post any changes on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and if a change materially reduces your rights we will notify you by a notice on the site before it takes effect. Continued use of the site after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
