Terms of Service

01 Who we are
Felt & Resin is a brand of The Lautus Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). We provide marketing, creative, and advertising management services to pipe rehabilitation contractors. These terms govern your use of feltandresin.com and our services.
02 Plans and credits
Services are purchased through a monthly plan denominated in credits. One credit equals one hundred US dollars. Your plan renews monthly on your renewal date, and your card on file is charged the plan amount in advance. Each service on our credit menu is priced in credits as shown at the time of the request. Media spend on advertising platforms is drawn from your credits at cost, one credit per one hundred dollars of platform spend, with no markup.
03 Rollover and expiry
Credits unused at the end of a billing month roll forward to the following month. Credits not used by the end of that following month expire. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where required by law.
04 Changes and cancellation
You may change your plan at any time; changes take effect at your next renewal. You may cancel with thirty days written notice to hello@feltandresin.com. There are no annual contracts. On cancellation, remaining credits may be used through the end of the notice period and then expire.
05 Projects
Work outside a plan may be quoted flat in credits or dollars before work begins. A quote is valid for thirty days.
06 Your responsibilities
You will provide timely access, approvals, and accurate information, including the right to use any content, marks, and images you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims made about your business and for compliance with the licensing and advertising rules that apply to you.
07 Ownership
On payment in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you. We retain ownership of our tools, templates, processes, and pre-existing materials, and we may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Advertising accounts we create are set up in your business name where the platform permits, and we will transfer administrative access to you on request after final payment.
08 Results
We commit to the work described and to reporting it accurately. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, calls, or sales, because those depend on factors outside our control, including markets, platforms, and your operations.
09 Third parties
Payments are processed by Stripe. Advertising runs on third-party platforms under their terms. We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by those platforms.
10 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11 Termination for cause
Either party may end the relationship immediately if the other materially breaches these terms and does not cure within fifteen days of written notice. We may pause services if a payment fails and is not resolved within seven days.
12 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
13 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is posted here with its effective date, and continued use after an update is acceptance.
